Connecting the dots over history from the view of a Targeted Individual. Who's behind it?


I'm still working on this article so it is a draft. Still it can already be meaningful to you. Could Russia be right about a “hidden” fascist treat? Is there a looming global power grab that uses synthetic telepathy and mind control? Trying to connect the dots over the years from the view of a Targeted Individual. Here's some key events over history, some of which are linked to fact, some of which are based on deduction. Be critical and think for yourself when you try to make something of this. Feedback welcome.

- 50’ or 60’ is when Synthetic Telepathy (analog version) probably started to be used. It may or may not have been developed for US DoD or could also have come from a university spin-off or private R&D company back then. I call this organization #ATG (Ancestral Task Group, GTA in French). This organization also started using this tech for a specific political agenda. This was originally well intended though misguided. After WW2 and the use of nuclear weapons in Hiroshima and Nagasaki they wanted to get a grib on this and other potential “dangerous new discoveries and applications” as mankind was deemed not ready, lacking the wisdom, to use knowledge well. ATG became an oraganization that is able to monitor scientific developments and application through telepathic infiltration.

- 70’ started to be used by DoD and Intelligences services in the US. However the core technology was kept secret and kept single-sourced. Getting the military and intelligence services to use it was also to guarantee this monopoly on the technology

- 60-80' ATG started to do some other work for the private sector. This led some of people of this hidden organization to also use this for selfish personal gain. Ideal for stealing secrets and learning damaging things about the wealthy and also large organizations. Plain extortion and blackmail became the result. The fact that all of this went on in secret without much hope for the victims to ever get concrete evidence meant this criminal/maffia activity brought unseen illegal gains from black-mail. I call this (even more) corrupt faction of ATG simply the "Department of Maffia" or DoM.

- 84' Launch of new version of synthetic telepathy that now ran on Aritificial Intelligence #AI. I talked here on twitter about what I call "SuperAI mind-sync" A global IT network was also rolled out to allow this to be used anywhere on anyone laying the infrastructure foundation for deployment on the entire human population of our planet. The cold war was still happening so countries like China and Russia did not get this tech.

- 89 The Berlin wall fell. ATG was waiting for this moment to start large scale infiltration of Russian society and probably also of China. Here in the west we were more infiltrated already for years.

- 91 The Warsaw pact was dismantled. Nato was not.

-92-94 Telepathy was starting to be used in order to start getting control over cultural influencers especially in pop-culture. This is still happening now. If you listen to what bands like Muse and U2 sing about in the nineties, but also pop stars like Madonna, it all comes to light differently now. The lyrics sometimes seem to want to expose what could be telepathy. In other cases songs have manipulative double meaning. Nowadays I sometimes feel like artists were forced to write a certain song in a certain way and somewhat later write about regret or mistakes they made. What does ATG want with this influence? Polarization is already happening with the information war in the media. All over the world you see that this leads to new conflict and essentially identity crises. Music is now used to make people lose hope, feel more desparate even more. You can find messages like, "I was depressed so don't worry", or "I also have suicidal thoughts". Or others more explicit like "my mind being is not yours or is yours". If you look at Movies or fiction on TV there something else is becoming visual. All seem to have an elaborate psychological view on things. Many remakes of previous movies turn into much darker versions. Little movies or tv shows are really new, all themes and stories are reprocessed. Dystopien futures that are depicted in scifi seems a constant as well. Whatever is uplifting is either a bit childish or take place in reality that is too far from the world we live in and they make you feel it that it is. We are reminded constantly of depressing things.

- 95 The oligargs rise in the Russian Federation gets to the point where they dictate everything in politics. Possibly, and what's next is deduction, this did not go unnoticed to Russia's intlligence agency, FSB. They would perhaps have found out these oligargs were actually infiltrating Russia and were controlled themselves by ATG. At such moment Putin might have decided to run for office to get rid of the ATG treath the Oligargs pose. Think how else they could have done this when they were in control of 70% of the country already. The Russian parliament, the Douma, was already bypassed for everything, this group of a 8-9 now very rich, were going to dictate everything.

- 2001 9/11 September 11, 2 plains crash into the twin towers NYC, 1 plain crashes into the pentagon, another plain crashes in a field only killing the passengers. This day America, the USA, stopped existing. What came out of the rubble, was something very different. Almost 25 years later Americans are now going through an identity crisis, the collective trauma has surfaced, fianlly. this will lead them back to their true selves. Clinging on to memories of nostalgia on how great things used to be can only keep you going so long until you realize you're clinging on to thin air the past in only that, passed. Still how could this happen. Do you also remember that another terrorist attack took place on the same WTC twin towers about 5-10 years earlier? (1993 WTC terrorist attack lead by Ramzi Yousef) Lead by a pre-Al-Quaida-terrorist group that drove a minivan full of explosives into the underground parking garage of one the twin towers. This gave a big boom, but the building stood strong and did not collapse. The structural strength in these 2 buildings came from the outside steel structure that also gave it its iconic beauty. I cannot not say it, this was one of the, if not the, most beautiful skyscrapers. The first terrorist attack caused a blast from this minivan that did not reach a concrete structure at the center as is almost always the case in buildings. There simply was no supporting concrete structure in the twin towers. Al Quada and Bin Laden therefore learned from this and came up with a different plan. Unlike concrete, steel melts at temperature of around 1000°C. If you fly a fully fueled jet liner into a building the heat from the fuel will quickly go above this temperature. The kerosine also provides the stuff that burns that would otherwise never be found inside the building. Moreover steel starts to lose its strength at much lower temperature then 1000°C. Today all buildings must have heath resistance and fire retardance (even around concrete in places) and this is incorporated as a standard in any building design.

I'm getting carried away. What am I really trying to say? After one terrorist attack they, the US intelligence services, and also ATG, they should have seen the next one coming especially if telepathic monitoring was already operational in the states in 2001, which I believe it was. Telepathic global roll out would have started mid-eighties so this would have been possible prior to 2001. Did these ATG people really not see 9/11 coming? Did no other intelligence or law enforcement agency notice anything? A lot of measures were taken in the aftermath but did someone think if there was a deliberate, engineered distraction of CIA, FBI, ..... So then there's 3rd dog ATG who runs telepathy. What about them? Did they decide not to prevent 911? Or worse....

In any case 11/9/2001 (MDY 9/11/2001) America changed completely, the world changed with it completely. Maybe this is what ATG wanted? And to hide all the conspiriacy talk between a few more did you know facts. The architect of the WTC originally planned to also add a concrete core in the two towers. This was later scrapped to cut the budget. In the 70' fire regulations must not have been that stringent. But the architect just did what he always does: drawing blueprints. Then a guy walked up to him and said. Hey, if we make such strong (and expensive) exterior in steel, could this also support the whole building? Well, let me think...... Yes, it's possible.

- 2022 Russia invades Ukraine. After the annexation in 2014 of Crimea. (which happened right after the uplifting Sochi Olympics). Russia invades Ukraine but what were it's objectives and why do they seem to shift. Originally Russian troops marched forward toward Kiev. In the east and south, it was about securing the rebel regions of Donetsk and Lougansk. These regions wanted to be part of Russia or at least Russian speaking culture which they felt was not fitting in into Ukraine. So we are told that the march on Kiev failed so Russia's focus went to east Ukraine and south coast were ports are seen as strategic. What I think Russia wants is to keep influence in what it sees as countries that have a historical bond with Russia. Not sure if there's a practical reason for Russia to invade say Poland or one of the Baltic countries. What would be the goal? Russia has enough access to the Baltic sea through Saint-Petersburg and Kalinigrad. It has influence in Belarus. And it used to have a lot of influence over all Europe as prefered supplier of energy. If anything, Russia has lost influence by invading Ukraine. It knew this full well and has built a fortress economy in preparation for the isolation during the Ukraine war.

So what about ATG and Telepathy in this war? Well maybe Russia is trying to get other nations to speak about this by creating a visible conflit. During the cold war many proxy wars were fought to gain influence when talking didn't provide results. From Afghanistan, Iran-Irak, in many Latin American countries and let's not forget Vietnam. Russia and also China did the same in return. Wars kept on going because the diplomatic talks lead nowhere and rather than direct confrontation between say Russia and the USA, conflict was created elsewhere to show that "they mean it". With the war in Ukraine, I think Russia wants to get telepathy and mind control exposed. Talks about it happened but led nowhere. I think Russia now realizes the treat is coming from a 3rd dog: ATG. (Though it may have that the States was behind it before) It knows full well it cannot beat ATG on its own anymore. I've always said that if you cannot solve a conflict about something you need to keep secret, then you need to start the conflict that is public, that is in the open even if it means declaring war. A visible conflict cannot be ignored. A secret conflict that takes global proportions can never be resolved as long as it is a secret. Also when I say this please remember that going to war is a decision that is taken only when cornered and ones existence is threatened leaving no other option then fighting a war. Handschake
One of the ways ATG uses Targeted Individuals AI's is as a proxy individual to connect to others to hide who they are and hide their true intentions. They get TI's to connect via synthetic telepathy to other people in a way that they can talk and feel the other person and gain their trust. Once their is mutual empathy and good intentions are felt and confirmed this is called a handshake. At this point ATG sometimes takes over telepathic conversation and continues to talk directly to the person bypassing the TI. They use a series of tricks to obfuscuate their bad intentions and continue to rely on the trust that was established between the TI and the other person acting as if they are the TI continuing the conversation. The good intentions and goodwill that was established by this "handshake" is the abused for getting others to do things they would otherwise not do.

#QGFI Quantum Gravity Fluctuation Interference

QGFI can access all human minds with telepathy from a single location.
