The Template Factory; why Targeted Individuals are abused.


Targeted Individuals are Victims

Targeted Individuals (TI's) are people suffering from abuse by unknown technology that can invade a targets mind with synthetic telepathy and also cause physical injury when used as directed energy weapons (DEW). The mind invasion can be with voices (v2k), without language (nudging) or subliminal. TI's are tortured and abused for years, even decades. I am a TI myself and I am attacked by voices (mostly real human abusers, sometimes automated bots). The abusers use psychological manipulation methods to break a target and completely destroy the victim's mind and life. Victims are deprived of many things, a job, friends, social life, income, sleep, .... What we, TI's, know today is that most TI's don't survive this abuse (9 out of 10 die while being targeted). Many are pushed to commit suicide. This leaves no trace to the attacker, so these suicides remain unnoticed while in effect these are TI's that were murdered and their murder covered up as suicide. Globally there are an estimated 7 million TI's suffering this inhumane fate (TJ on number of TI's). These crimes leave no trace and TI's are seldom believed and often misdiagnosed with mental illness. (wikipedia sees TI's as delusional)

Who is behind this?

It often appears as if the abuse is being organized by governments agencies. I am more inclined to believe that governments around the world are infiltrated by a single global secret criminal organization (sometimes called New World Order Organization). I estimated 10,000 people work for this organization. Abusing TI's is only one of its activities, it has groups that focus on political influencing, cultural influencing, information warfare, cyber warfare, and more. As mentioned, they have infiltrated governments to have access to "levers of power" to exercise control from the shadows. They also run a large part of their operations from companies that are legitimate businesses that nobody suspects but in fact this is a front and most of the business activities are fake. The goal of this New World Order Organization is to do a gradual power grab all over the globe, in all countries. They plan to take away constitutional and human rights from everyone and establish a sort of global fascist dictatorship that relies on mind control to stay in power. Only when their control over all aspects of society is complete, they will announce themselves to the world as the new rulers. They plan to roll out this secretive telepathic technology globally, possibly to all humans and use telepathy for mind control as a way to get absolut control and absolut power. So why is this done to Targeted Individuals?

While I cannot prove any of this and while there are other explanations, including from TI's, I want to share mine here: globally, a single organization, abuses TI's to produce data to refine mind control methods that can then be personalized to work effectively on any human to monitor, control, limit what we think. Free will would be no more. Thoughts are no longer souvereign and no longer your own. This New World Order Organization chooses TI's based on: These characteristics define a category of people for whom the TI will be used (or rather abused) to define a template for mind control. This mind control template once it's proven that it works well enough on the TI, will then be used to control the minds of all people falling in the same category and that are added to the global mind control system.

So the whole TI program is essentially a template factory for refining mind control methods that are more personalized to the individual that will be mind controlled. So why are TI's so often pushed to the point of suicide. I believe this is part of the final test to see of the mind control template developed based on the TI is working well enough. By knowing they can push a person being mind controlled to the ultimate breaking point where they want to commit suicide, they know the mind control template works well enough. This takes a long time however. On average TI's are abused for a period of 10 years. Almost 9 out of 10 TI's die. The number of victim's that die from this is mind boggling. Knowing about 0.0009% of a country's population is abused as TI's today, and that most will die, that means there are at any given moment more then 7 million TI's a live. The TI program has been running for about 30 years, so this means almost 20 million TI's have been murdered through suicide or other means. This is obviously a horrible crime. It's is a crime against humanity, and with these numbers in the millions it can even be called genocide.

These numbers may seem high, but you have to take into account that not all TI's know they are TI's. There are many TI communities where TI's can find support and learn how to survive this horrible crime. If you think you are a TI as well the best way to find out is to talk to other TI's, hear their stories and recognize their suffering as similar to what you are going through yourself.

How does this lead to mind control programs?

I'm somewhat speculating here so please take the following as still to be proven hypothesis. It could be that the endless abuse of TI's is more about the narrative, the content then anything else. The data that is gathered from the abuse of a TI is split up into pieces of spoke text, sentences that are categorized based on the emotions the TI was feeling when he or she spoke them. These "emo-snippets" are then used to mind control the general population as distractions when a person starts to think something that is not allowed. These distractions are played back in a brief instant, long enough to trigger an emotional respons on the person but short enough to understand what was being said in the "emo-snippet" that is also thought beamed without context, so just understanding the sentence would still make it hard to make sense of. This is the point. It's intended to make you not think. Only when the peson who's being mind control is conducting a task that the NWO has assigned to that person then the persons thoughts can focus on that task, if the persons starts to think of anything else during that tasks the mind control kicks in with these emo-snippets. This hypothesis would explain why TI's are being abuses for so long and in most casses until the TI commits suicide because NWO wants:

- To get the maximum amount of content (emo-snippets)

- The various emo-snippets are over the long term supposed to induce a tolerance, getting used to the abuse in the general population by exposing people to the despair from a TI that commits suicide.

The cultural/language aspect is very important here as these emo-snippets need to be something you could understand. If it were in a language you do not know you wouldn't try to understand it and immediately reject this trying also blocking the emotional trigger. This is why the TI program is run in all countries for all culture/language combinations especially but also taking into account personal fit based on the characteristics listed above. Long term exposure to such a form or mind control will likely lead to slow-trauma which is just like any trauma debilitating. I'm not sure to what extend NWO would find this desirable given that it will affect an individual's ability to function in society or to function period.

What can you do against mind control once your exposed to it?

Keep the TV on all the time, it leaves less bandwidth for mind control to enter your mind when there's something else emitting sound and light. Even sleep with the TV on. Try to put on music or anything when you are going out to again as much as possible block out the mind control

QGFI can access all human minds with telepathy from a single location.
