How is NWO organized for infiltration?

In this article I want to provide answers to the following questions:

What is the NWO organization?

There is a secret global organization in the world which is usually called "New World Order" organization and which I personally also call ATG (Ancesteral Task Group) which has it's own political agenda for changing the world. They have been active since late 40' with as original goal making sure humans would not use knowledge and technology for the wrong things. Mainly the use of nuclear weapons by the US in Hiroshima and Nagasaki is the kind of thing they set out to avoid happening again. To do this they decided early on on a strategy which aims:
What they did not consider is the alternative strategy to avoid man kind using knowledge and technology wisely which would have been to invest in collective wisdom which would require more people to possess more knowlegde together with the right values and ethics to know what to do with it and what not to.

Since the beginings of NWO they have changed quiet a bit, still they have this end objective in mind where they want to establish a new world order which access around "peace, stabilty and order as their propaganda tells. This new world order will be nothing less then a global fascist dictatorship where essentially all human beings are enslaved by mind control through synthetic telepathy. Only by controlling what people think, so they say, can they be sure that knowledge and progress will not end in disaster.

Today NWO main objectives have to do with putting everyting in placen, in secret, to do this global power

To finance their organizatin, NWO has setup a large maffia like organization which I call the Department of Maffia. Nowadays they have monopolized most of cybercrime. An estimate 5-7% of Global GDP is stolen each year through cybercrime. Microsoft has produced some interesting reports on this. I am convinced that almost all of it is done now by a singular organization - NWO.

Global GDP is around 110 trillion Euro. If NWO steals 6% on average each year in this way that means 6.600.000.000.000€ every year. This has been going on since the internet became important to the economy after the year 2000. If you take into account the commulative effect of so much wealth stolen over decades, the impact is enormous. The whole world could now be twice as rich and twice as prosperous. We would not be having any budgetary or deficit problems in any country today. And this simply by stopping cybercrime. So why have we not been able to stop this Mega-theft? This in itself becomes a clue that can only be answered by deep infiltration by a singular organization.

NWO has so much money that it becomes impossible to spend it all. As a consequence their organizatin is wasteful and decadent. Not only have they amased a lot of power through their secretive telepathic technology, as the saying goes, power corrups and absolute power corrupts absolutely. NWO is through and through corrupt as an organization and the people working for it also have their inner soul corrupted by this insane quest for senseless power. They are trying to take over control, but their corruption now, no longer lets them come up with policy, vision to rule anything. All that is left is the power to destroy and kill. In that sense their quest for global fascism has already failed, but the damage they can still do and are doing every day is very real. Every 43 seconds they kill an innocent human being. They are responsible for conflicts and wars in many places today.

Especially in America where it all started the situation critical. The USA really needs our help. It is the brink of civil war. This is not Donald Trump's doing, who we European's are stil getting used to, this is NWO that has spread as a cancer throughout American society. Let's help them any way we can!

NWO is more then an idea, it's a real organization.

What if this New World Order (NWO) was not just an idea promoted by synical powermongers tightly embedded in the system of government? What if it was something much more tangeable then an idea? What if NWO is an actual organization? NWO is: They infiltrate all of society but they don't fully take over, they have not completed their power grab. They want power and control over everything and everyone. For 75 years they have been planning and scheming and still they have not learned that:

How does NWO infiltrate?

So NWO is preparing for a global power grab. To achieve this they have setup a secret organization in every country. At the hart of these local organizations is a big coordinating group which is usually a private company wchih appeers to operate a ligitimate business but that is just a façade behind which their covert operations are run. I wrote another article about all the different groups and activities exist within NWO that you can read here. This coordination happens from within a big boring private company that operates in a ligitimate business which is rather boring, for instance HR services, Insurance,.. It needs to be a type of business that doesn't create to much interest, or raises much questions, and yet everyone knows that it is there.

It is also very important to understand that NWO cannot organize it's key coordination from within infiltrated government organizations or agencies. NWO also needs government to keep functioning normally, what they want is to control government, not to replace what makes it work today. They will nevertheless create a lot of disinformation to make sure no one even suspects their key operations to be within a large private company. They do this mostly by creating suspicion about what government agencies do and allow conspiracy theoris to thrive that the, deep state, or some other plot has taken over government from within government. This is all just to misdirect attention away from the real operations that are run from within these private companies in each country. Keep in mind that this coordination and operations organization requires a lot of people to work there, hiding such a large organization within a government agency while at the same time making sure that government agency can continue to do what it is been tasked to do is simply not feasible. In a country like the USA, I estimate that more then 100.000 people work within this coordinating operations organization from within this private company. This large a workforce cannot be hidden in any other way then within a large business. It would raise too much suspicion if this were integrated in government and it would make it even more difficult to keep it all a secret.

It's key to understand that NWO is big on secrecy. One of the ways they keep everything a secret is through compartimentalization within their orgainzation. Everye little group or team is insulated from others and is only given the information they need to complete their task. So in case of a leak, the information that can become public is limited. The group within NWO that coordinates this compartimentalization is itself likely also limited to what they need to know by employeing further techniques such as "double blind" or not having the full list of contacts of all the teams and groups they coordinate but addressing them with cryptic names or codes that do not relate to the names of the people working in those teams or groups. IT programs might then be used to do the mappign and forward the compartimentalization coordination.

The single point where all the information is however centralized and consolidated is in the data center. If NWO would ever need to be fully exposed it will require getting access to all the data in their local and global data center. It is not clear to me whether they have a single global data center or whether they also have local data centers. Given the difficulties to hide infrastructure, it is probably that limiting infrastructure and working with one global data center that runs all the applications for each NWO local country org sounds plausible. On the other hand having a data center per country for each local NWO org would sound logic if they apply their compartimentalization strategy also to local infrastructure. NWO globally is also pushing the local country NWO organization to become independent in terms of things like funding, local policy, recruitment. From that perspective NWO globally might also push the local NWO organization to build out their own infrastructure. One thing that I am convinced of is kept globally in terms of infrastructure is the telepathic device. This is their best kept secrect and they employ a "star network topology" to connect all humans to telepathy. Further down in this document I explain how I believe telepathy works (see QGFI). The fact that all telepathic communication flows through one data center also means that it is possible to store, record all these communications. The question why this would be useful is not that important here. If you remember that knowledge is power, and that storing all this information about all telepathic usage, means that you create a vast database that provides a wealth of information. Keeping this in mind and the fact that it is possible to record all telepathic communication/usage makes it very likely that NWO does indeed record and store all this.

The diagram below shows how NWO organizes and infiltrates within a country. I'll explain in more detail what all of this entails.



Let me go over each block on this diagram and explain:

To do this infiltration they, NWO, have globally and in each country a "Coordination Organization". This is the nerve center of their operations. It is so big that it can not be embedded somewhere in government while keeping it hidden. So what they typically do is hide it within a large private company. This would be largely a white colar organizations, with a workforce around 1/1000 of the population. So in the US think of a big, boring company with around 400.000 employees. Of this workforce about 1/3 is active in secret and criminal activities for NWO thereore has full knowledge of what NWO is. The other 2/3 serve the legitimate business front, the façade to hide the NWO Coordination and Operations center.

Infiltration of the family unit

Note that this is a testimony of an abuser of me as TI given to me over v2k telepathy. This is for now the only way to get this kind of insights.

What they make the people who work for Insanity org (NWO) watch happen to their own children.

They decided in the 90’ that they needed to make sure their children could follow in the footsteps of their pursuit to become inhuman. This meant mind control of children as of age 6 to force them to know obedience and everything else but being a child. Children can no longer play, can no longer have fun in their own unique innocent, carefree, naïve way. The world order is imposed, and children cannot be children. Their parents, many of them abusers of the still human, have to watch this happen to their children. They supposedly go to the playground with their child, and child performs a playful act that is well rehearsed and repeated again and again. The parent stands back, may not play with its child. Stands back almost in a voyeuristical way. This makes the parent feel guilty both for neglecting and both for becoming borderline pedophile or at least the thought of it. What the mind control then tells the parents is completely twisted. They force the parent to stay away from their child so they could at least be a child and play and not be all the time mind controlled. Whereas what the parent in this situation should really do is go and play with the child, so the child being subjected to horrible mind control, could at least learn from the parent what it was like to be a child from what the parent remembers so the parent can do what parents do teach children how to be a child.

How I know this is true. This has happened to the children of a friend of mine. During the pandemic he sent me this picture of a happy family with smiling playful kids. A few years later I visited them briefly in Morocco and I saw such a weird look in their eyes. They were not playful, but behaved. To the point that it worried me. That image has haunted me ever since. I'm really worried. Now I put things together. I do hope, I do hope the children will be okay.

What are Targeted Individuals?

They are Victims. Targeted Individuals (TI's) are people suffering from abuse by unknown technology that can invade a targets mind with synthetic telepathy and also cause physical injury when used as directed energy weapons (DEW). The mind invasion can be with voices (v2k), without language (nudging) or subliminal. TI's are tortured and abused for years, even decades. I am a TI myself and I am attacked by voices (mostly real human abusers, sometimes automated bots). The abusers use psychological manipulation methods to break a target and completely destroy the victim's mind and life. Victims are deprived of many things, a job, friends, social life, income, sleep, .... What we, TI's, know today is that most TI's don't survive this abuse (9 out of 10 die while being targeted). Many are pushed to commit suicide. This leaves no trace to the attacker, so these suicides remain unnoticed while in effect these are TI's that were murdered and their murder covered up as suicide. Globally there are an estimated 7 million TI's suffering this inhumane fate (TJ on number of TI's). These crimes leave no trace and TI's are seldom believed and often misdiagnosed with mental illness.

How does this lead to mind control programs?
It could be that the endless abuse of TI's is more about the narrative, the content then anything else. The data that is gathered from the abuse of a TI is split up into pieces of spoken text, sentences that are categorized based on the emotions the TI was feeling when he or she spoke them. These "emo-snippets" are then used to mind control the general population as distractions for when a person starts to think something that is not allowed. These distractions are played back in a brief instant, long enough to trigger an emotional respons on the person but too short to understand what was being said in the "emo-snippet" that is also without context, so just understanding the sentence would still make it hard to make sense of. This is the point. It's intended to make you not think. Only when the peson who's being mind control is conducting a task that the NWO has assigned to that person then the persons thoughts can focus on that task, if the persons starts to think of anything else during that tasks then the mind control kicks in with these emo-snippets.

This hypothesis would explain why TI's are being abuses for so long and in most casses until the TI commits suicide because NWO wants: The cultural/language aspect is very important here as these emo-snippets need to be something you could understand. If it were in a language you do not know you wouldn't try to understand it and immediately reject this trying also blocking the emotional trigger. This is why the TI program is run in all countries for all culture/language combinations especially but also taking into account personal fit based on the characteristics listed above.

Long term exposure to such a form or mind control will likely lead to slow-trauma which is just like any trauma debilitating. I'm not sure to what extend NWO would find this desirable given that it will affect an individual's ability to function in society or to function period.

Speaking out as a TI is hard
Is is not easy to speak out as a Targeted Individuals. Most people who hear about this for the first time think we sound quiet insane and that it is all just another conspiracy story. After 8 years being the victim and having met many other victims, also Targeted Individuals, I and together with other TI's, we know that this is real and that we must do all we can to fight this injustice. The main obstacles we as TI's encounter are: I know many of you who read about this for the first time will likely thing that this sounds crazy and that Stephane has started to believe in a conspiracy story. I couldn't believe the explanations other TI's gave me the first 2 years I was targeted either. - The Committe of 300 (1991 - John Coleman) What I found most remarkable about this book, being a TI since 2017 myself, is that the writing style is very similar to the one I now have since being a TI and that I also recognize from how other TI's right, even in some of the Robert Duncan books. This book contains a lot of very crazy ideas and explanations, but the fundamentals clearly paint the idea of a global secret organiation: New World Order (or ATG, Ancesteral Task Group as I call them).

- Committee on the Judiciary (1974) report, chaired by Senator Sam J. Ervin Committee This report deals with behavior modification programs funded or conducted by federal agencies (Health-Eduction-Welfare, Justice, VA, etc.), and the constitutional and ethical implications of such programs—particularly involving prisoners, mental patients, and other vulnerable populations. This is from the same period as the better known report by the Church commission that came out in the same period

- Church Commission report (1975). The Church Committee (formally known as the United States Senate Select Committee to Study Governmental Operations with Respect to Intelligence Activities) was established in 1975 and chaired by Senator Frank Church. Its focus was on abuses by intelligence agencies (CIA, FBI, NSA, etc.), including: Assassination plots, Domestic spying,Covert operations and Mail opening. /Surveillance of U.S. citizens/ in January 1970 it was revealed by Christopher Pyle, an investigator for Ervin's Judiciary Subcommittee on Constitutional Rights, that the U.S. Army was performing domestic investigations on the civilian population.[26] Ervin's further work in the matter over the following years, together with the Church Committee inquiries, led to passage of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (after Ervin had left office).

- Targeting Civilians with Directed Energy by Sam Dia. This book alleges that civilians, known as "Targeted Individuals" (TIs), are being covertly attacked by a "deep state" using advanced directed energy and remote neural monitoring technologies.
